Day Make-up

Looking your best every day – that is the goal of a successful day make-up. This kind of light styling is meant to bring freshness to the wearer's face and give her a pleasant feeling that carries her through the whole day.

Time is an important factor when it comes to a successful day make-up, because in the morning you often lack the time for an elaborate make-up routine. For a successful day make-up, only a light foundation or a tinted cream is therefore used to even out the face and hide small blemishes. Contours and highlights are applied sparingly or left out entirely. Mascara, kohl and eyeliner are applied in black or brown according to personal taste. Lipstick is used in soft colours that suit the skin type – as is blush. The eyebrows are lightly intensified with an eyebrow pencil and often set with gel so that they stay in shape all day.

To keep the whole look neat and beautiful throughout the day, the make-up is set with translucent powder or a setting spray.

You can easily do this look yourself, but it can also be done professionally in a beauty studio.
