Right of withdrawal
For treatment contracts you conclude as a consumer online, by phone or via WhatsApp (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the most beautiful GmbH, Neutorstraße 48, 5020 Salzburg, phone +43 664 99230429, email info@themostbeautiful.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry
If your appointment falls within the withdrawal period, you expressly request with your booking that we begin the treatment before the period expires (terms and conditions § 15). The right of withdrawal expires once we have provided the treatment in full.
Independently of this, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand (terms and conditions § 5).
