A lash lift is a technique in which your own lashes are curled upwards into a sweeping shape using gel pads and various lotions. In a lash lift, a chemical process triggered by the lotions curls the lashes upwards and lengthens them. The perfectly curled lashes, which you would otherwise only achieve with an eyelash curler, should stay in their lifted shape for six to eight weeks. Most beauty studios now offer the treatment.
